Transformational Self Love Therapy (TSLT)
is an innovating self-talk modality that’s unlike any other.
It is a relational, somatic process that guides a person back into direct contact with themselves — where love, safety, and coherence can be restored, from the inside.
Rather than analysing trauma or reliving stories, TSLT facilitates a deeply present, compassionate encounter with the self — allowing repair to occur at the level it was originally missing.
